    Terms and Conditions of Use

    Last updated: October 15, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Orlina, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

    2. Description of the Service

Orlina is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for smart scheduling for small businesses and self-employed professionals. The service includes:

    • Smart Scheduling - calendar, services, professionals and client history
    • Public booking link - the business's own page where end clients book appointments
    • Gabriel - an Artificial Intelligence assistant on WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders and client re-engagement
    • Staff Panel - restricted access for professionals to view and update the status of their own appointments
    • Time blocking - the ability to block calendar slots (days off, breaks, commitments), which are no longer offered on the public link
    • Advance deposit - collection of a partial advance payment via PIX to confirm the booking, available from the Starter plan for accounts in Brazil (BRL) only, under section 8 below

Other systems that may be mentioned in older materials (CRM, proposals, quotes, orders and support desk) are no longer part of Orlina's current offering.

    3. Registration and Account

To use our services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Provide true, accurate and complete information during registration
    • Keep your password and account secure
    • Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account

    4. Plans and Payments

Orlina offers a free plan (Free) and paid subscription plans (Starter, Basic, Pro and Infinity), contracted per account, whose usage limits are described within the platform. Current prices are:

    • BRL: R$ 9.97 (Starter), R$ 49 (Basic), R$ 97 (Pro) and R$ 197 (Infinity) per month.
    • USD: $9 (Starter), $19 (Basic), $49 (Pro) and $99 (Infinity) per month.
    • The currency is set by the account language at the time of subscription and remains fixed after purchase.

Payment methods: subscriptions are processed by Stripe (credit card) or by Cakto (PIX and card, for the Brazilian market), according to the method chosen at checkout. The processor used at purchase becomes responsible for recurring charges, receipts and any refunds for that subscription.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

    • Subscriptions are monthly recurring, automatically renewing on the same day each month until you cancel.
    • Cancellation can be made at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, through the Cakto panel/support (when the purchase was made there) or through Orlina support, taking effect at the end of the cycle already paid; access remains active until that date.
    • There are no prorated refunds for unused days within a cycle already charged. Full refunds only occur in the cases provided by law (for example, the right of withdrawal within 7 days for online purchases, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code - CDC) or by Orlina's commercial decision, and are handled by the processor used for the purchase (Stripe or Cakto).
    • In case of payment failure, the processor will make automatic retries. Once retries are exhausted, the account is downgraded to Free and paid features are suspended until the payment is settled.
    • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email and/or in the app. You may cancel before the adjustment takes effect.
    • Taxes, bank fees and currency conversion fees may be charged by your card issuer, the PIX institution, Stripe or Cakto, and are not included in the displayed price.

    5. Trial Period

New users are entitled to a free 7-day trial with full access to the Scheduling system at the Infinity level, including Gabriel AI, the Staff Panel and the maximum usage limits. No credit card is required at sign-up.

Accounts created before October 15, 2026 keep the 14-day period granted at sign-up. At the end of the 7 days, with no need to cancel and no charge, the account is automatically moved to the Free plan, with reduced usage limits and no access to Gabriel and other features exclusive to paid plans. To keep the advanced features, simply subscribe to one of the paid plans before the trial ends or at any time afterwards.

Data created during the trial (appointments, clients, services, professionals and settings) remains in your account after the downgrade — only the limits and access to paid features are restricted.

Orlina may change the duration, conditions or eligibility of the trial at any time for new sign-ups, without affecting trials already in progress.

    6. Free Plan

The Free plan is free and permanent, with no monthly fee. Its current limits are 10 appointments per month and 1 active professional, in addition to the other limits published in the app (automated messages and features exclusive to paid plans). When a limit is reached, the corresponding feature is restricted until the cycle renews or you upgrade to a paid plan. Orlina may adjust the Free plan limits at any time, with reasonable prior notice.

The tier immediately above Free is the Starter plan, with 20 appointments per month and 2 active professionals. In any plan downgrade (including to Free), professionals registered above the new plan's limit are frozen (removed from the calendar, the public link and the staff app) and are automatically reactivated when the plan is upgraded again.

    7. WhatsApp Automation (Gabriel)

By connecting your WhatsApp Business number and activating Gabriel, you authorize Orlina to send and receive messages on your behalf through the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta), including:

    • Initial confirmation message after each booking
    • Automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment
    • Re-engagement message approximately 14 days after the completed appointment
    • Daily schedule summary sent to the business owner before opening hours and an end-of-day metrics summary (available on eligible plans)
    • Notices related to the advance deposit: notification to the owner when the client declares payment, a reminder to the client before the deadline, confirmation after the owner's approval and an expiration notice when the deadline passes
    • AI-generated, human-like replies for clients who interact via WhatsApp

The phone registered as the business phone is the single channel for sending and receiving these messages, including notifications meant for the owner. Gabriel operates exclusively within the context of the user's business and the Scheduling system.

It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their end clients have consented (opt-in) to receive automated communications and to comply with applicable law, including the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and Meta's policies. Under section 14, the user acts as the controller of end clients' data and Orlina as the processor. Automatic sending can be turned on or off at any time in the settings; when turned off, future automated messages are no longer sent.

    8. Advance Deposit (partial payment via PIX — Brazil only)

From the Starter plan, the business owner may require an advance deposit (partial payment) to confirm the booking of a time slot. The feature is optional and configured by the user: fixed amount or percentage, receiving PIX key and payment deadline between 15 minutes and 24 hours.

    • Payment is made directly from the end client to the business, via PIX, to the key provided by the user. Orlina does not process, receive, hold or intermediate these amounts and is not a payment institution or custodian.
    • The platform only records the payment declaration made by the client and automates the notices. Checking and confirming receipt is manual, done by the business owner.
    • The deposit is, by default, non-refundable. Defining, communicating and executing the policy for charging, refunding, crediting or transferring the amount is the sole responsibility of the business owner, as is compliance with applicable law (including the CDC) and handling disputes with the end client.
    • While the deposit is not confirmed, the appointment remains in awaiting payment status and is not considered confirmed. If the set deadline expires without confirmation, the appointment is automatically cancelled, the client is notified and the time slot becomes available again.
    • Orlina is not responsible for payments not made, payments to an incorrect PIX key, divergent amounts, fraud committed by third parties, chargebacks or any financial loss resulting from the use of the feature.

    9. Staff Panel

The account holder (business owner) may create individual access for their staff, with a view restricted to their own appointments and permission only to change status. The rules are:

    • The owner is fully responsible for creating, managing and revoking access
    • The owner is responsible for actions performed by staff within the system
    • Staff have no access to financial information, revenue, other professionals' data or business settings
    • Credentials must not be shared between staff members

    10. Artificial Intelligence

The platform uses Artificial Intelligence models to generate automatic replies (Gabriel), suggestions, quick messages, content and analyses. Although we make efforts to maintain the quality of responses, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. The user is responsible for reviewing and supervising sensitive interactions before treating them as final, especially in communications with end clients and business decisions.

Prompts and content sent to AI providers are used only to generate the requested response and are not used to train third-party models, in accordance with the contracts in force with these providers.

    11. Affiliate Program

Orlina offers an Affiliate Program that allows approved users to refer new clients and receive commissions. The program rules are:

    • Commission: 40% of the recurring revenue from each referred client
    • Duration: The commission is paid as long as the referred client keeps their subscription active
    • Grace period: 30 days after the referred client's first payment before the commission becomes eligible
    • Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00 to request payment
    • Approval: Participation in the program requires manual approval by the Orlina team
    • Payment: Via PIX, after administrator approval

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the participation of affiliates who:

    • Use spam or misleading marketing practices
    • Create fake or fraudulent accounts
    • Violate these terms or harm the brand's reputation

    12. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Attempt to access restricted areas of the system without authorization
    • Share your account with third parties
    • Use unauthorized automation, bots or scripts
    • Carry out activities that may overload our servers

    13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and features of Slap Systems are the exclusive property of the company. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or use any part of the service without express authorization.

    14. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except when necessary to provide the service or due to a legal obligation.

Google Ads and Google Analytics: we use Google tags to measure visits and ad results (for example: page visit, account creation, checkout start, first booking and subscription with the plan value). This data is sent to Google for ad measurement and optimization. For visitors in the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland, these tags only activate after acceptance in the cookie notice; you can change your choice at any time in “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Visit measurement: on public pages (website and blog) we record, with an anonymous identifier stored in your browser, the pages visited, clicks on links and buttons and the referring site (for example, search engines, AI tools or social networks). We use this information only to understand which content helps people discover Orlina; it stays on our own servers, is not shared with advertising platforms and, when you create an account, the source is linked to your registration. You can delete this identifier at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

For end-client data entered into the system by the user (names, phone numbers, emails, appointment and message history), under the LGPD, the user acts as the controller of personal data and Orlina acts as the processor, processing data only according to the user's instructions and as necessary to provide the contracted services.

Data subject rights (LGPD, art. 18): data subjects may request, at any time, confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent regarding their data. The account holder may delete (anonymize) their own account at any time under My Profile > Delete my account. Other requests can be made through the support channel indicated in section 18 and will be answered within 15 days.

Retention: account data and operational data are kept while the account exists. After closure, Orlina keeps the data for up to 90 additional days in backups and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Subprocessors: to provide the service, Orlina uses specialized subprocessors, including: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe and Cakto (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Meta / WhatsApp Business API (messaging) and Artificial Intelligence model providers for Gabriel and content generation.

Data Protection Officer (DPO) / privacy contact: requests related to privacy and the LGPD should be sent through the same support channel described in section 18.

    15. Limitation of Liability

Orlina is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

    16. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the system itself.

    17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

    18. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact us through our support system or by the customer service email.

    19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the country.
